Trooper Shawn Blanton Scholarship Golf Tournament

We are approaching the time we traditionally have our annual golf tournament, the tournament is usually held in June. The date for the golf tournament is Friday, June 13, 2025 at Sequoyah National Golf Club. We hope you can place this date on your calendar and join us again this year. We value your support over the years and look forward to seeing you on June 13th. This will be our 17th year hosting this event in an effort to raise money for the scholarship that we feel can be, and is truly a blessing to the student athletes that have received them, and will continue to receive them in the future. We have been very fortunate to be able to increase the number and amount of the scholarships over the past years, and we hope to continue that trend. Scholarship announcement letters are sent to Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Jackson, Macon and Swain counties and Cherokee Central High School.
The tournament continues to grow each year, and we are grateful for your support! We are reaching capacity early and having to tell teams we are full and begin a wait list. Please let us know if you are interested in participating as we anticipate maxing out again this year and don’t want you to miss an opportunity to participate.
We are reaching out to you early in an effort to secure your support for the event this year. The golf tournament is our only fundraising effort and we are trying to make the most of it, that’s where you come in. We will contact you as we get closer to the date, we would love to have you share your sponsorship with us at your earliest convenience, so we can get an idea of how June 13th is shaping up. The tournament is limited to 32 teams, please sign up early to secure your participation.
Again, this year we are offering different levels of sponsorship opportunities.
Gold Sponsor – $800 (You must be signed up for these by May 10, 2025)

- Hole Sponsor-Hard Sign at hole.
- You can place an item of marketing material in the gift bags for everyone (you must provide this)

Silver Sponsor –$750 (You must be signed up for this by May 10, 2025)
- Hole Sponsor-Hard Sign at hole
- You can place an item of marketing material in the gift bags for everyone (you must provide this)

Bronze Sponsor – $700
- Hole Sponsor-Digital Cart Only
- 1 Four man Team
4 Man Team – $600
Hole Sponsorships – $150 Hard Sign at hole. $100 Digital-Cart Only. Two choices this year!
Putting contest sponsor – $750 (only 1 of these will be available)
- This will allow your company to set up a booth and advertise at the turn on the putting green as well as conduct the putting contest.
Lunch Sponsor – $1,500 (only 1 of these will be available)

Prize Donations
We are always looking for donations of prizes that we can give away. If you would like to donate a gift certificate or an item from your company that would be great.
